Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Claims Specialist to join the Treasury Claims & Risk Management team in a hybrid role based in West Chester, PA. You will oversee workers' compensation, general liability, product, and cyber claims from intake through closure, ensuring compliance with policy and law.

You will coordinate with panel providers, prepare reports on reserves and trends, and support return-to-work programs while maintaining accurate claims history data across U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading end-to-end review of insurance claims.
• 3+ years experience supporting workers' compensation and general liability claims.
• Experience with claims service vendor systems or on-site database software.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation, general liability, product, and cyber claims end to end.
• Serve as primary contact for claim mitigation decisions and resolutions.
• Provide end-to-end admin support for return-to-work processes across U.S. locations.
