Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a QA Performance Claims Specialist to evaluate and determine approval of product performance claims with technical expertise. This remote role requires residency in PA, NJ, DE, FL, NC, TN or VA, and offers total rewards including benefits from day one.

You will analyze clinical data, guide vendors, and work with Legal to ensure FTC and advertising standards compliance while driving QA improvements and faster review cycles.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to review technical documents, clinical studies, and data sets.
• Knowledge of FTC, FDA, CPSC, Prop 65 requirements is preferred.
• Experience in beauty or consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess proposed product performance claims against industry, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Validate claimed product features by analyzing substantiation such as clinical studies, data sheets, and testing reports.
• Guide vendors on required claim support and ensure final claims align with substantiation.
• Partner with Legal to keep approved claims compliant with FTC requirements, truth-in-advertising standards, and customer experience.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and CAPA support to resolve recurring claim issues and strengthen stakeholder knowledge.
• Track vendor and process performance to identify trends and drive corrective actions and QA process improvements.
