Job summary

Proctor Financial, Inc. is seeking a Claims Processor I to handle claims processing for new and existing claims and all related correspondence.

This non-exempt, entry-level role reports to the Insurance Services and Placement Manager and requires accurate data entry, strong communication, and attention to detail. You will file claims with carriers, review determinations, and support Account Service Managers, Producers, and Clients.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Experience with Insurance Agency Management System (Applied or AMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process claims for new and existing files accurately.
• Review determinations and communicate with carriers and TPAs.
• Assist Account Service Managers, Producers and Clients with questions.
