Qualifications

• Active adjuster license required.
• 2–4 years of property insurance/adjusting experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review documents, estimates, policy forms and determine coverage; authorize payments within scope of authority.
• Write coverage letters detailing positions and interact with carriers and customers.
• Coordinate with carriers and adjusting firms as needed; ensure timely disbursements and cost-effective resolutions.
