Responsibilities include managing inbound calls, following client scripts, initiating benefits and cancellations, reviewing documentation, and ensuring high-quality customer service while meeting call center metrics. Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” based on client parameters.
• Initiate benefits (claims) and process benefit related transactions.
• Initiate cancellation requests and calculate reimbursement for program fees at the appropriately demonstrated assigned authority level.
• Review and analyze what documentation is needed to process the benefit or cancellation.
• Identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers with solutions and alternatives.
• Engage in active listening with the customer and confirm details as needed.
• Maneuver through systems while engaging with the customer.
• Document details of inquiries and actions taken to resolve issues.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering high-quality service.
