Job summary

GEICO in Tampa, FL seeks an Auto Claims Specialist to guide policyholders through claims with empathy and care, helping them get back on the road. You’ll manage calls, collect facts, and investigate claim details to provide timely resolutions.

The role requires a Florida Adjuster All Lines license (0620) preferred, with customer-facing experience and comfort in a high-volume environment. Evening/weekend availability and benefits start day one are included.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Adjuster All Lines (0620) license preferred.
• Customer-facing Claims experience required.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.

• Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in getting customers back on the road.
