Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to assess damage, estimate costs and market value, review reports and determine settlement amounts.
• Settle claims in accordance with policies and contract terms to ensure client satisfaction.
• Work with all parties involved in claims.
• Negotiate agreements with providers.
