An established industry player is seeking a Claims Service Representative to support their Auto Claims Operation. This role involves investigating and negotiating claims while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to evaluate claims effectively. Claims Service Representative 2 - Total Salvage
This position can be Hybrid after 6 months.
This position supports the Auto Claims Operation by providing service pursuant to the policy by handling claims of material damage, property, and/or liability lines of insurance written by the Interinsurance Exchange in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. The primary functions include investigating, evaluating, and negotiating low—to moderate-complexity claims in compliance with established company technical and customer service Best Practices. Under general technical direction, the position works within specific limits of authority.
