Job summary

Wawa, Inc. in Corporate Risk Management is seeking a Claims Administrator to support claims processing and incident management. The role involves reviewing evidence, coordinating with stores and departments, and entering loss information into the claims system.

You will monitor RMIS, compile weekly reports, assist investigations, and help subrogation efforts while maintaining confidentiality and delivering accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.
• Familiarity with claims handling processes and RMIS preferred.
• 1–3 years in call center, customer service, or fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and preserve surveillance video for incident responses.
• Document video requests and support claim investigations.
• Monitor RMIS to analyze data and identify trends for investigations.
• Compile weekly incident reports for root cause analysis.
• Open new claim files and enter loss information into the system.
• Support subrogation by identifying recoverable claims.
• Gather evidence such as witness statements and contracts.
