Qualifications

• Confidentiality in claims and litigation matters emphasized.
• Strong verbal and written communication with brokers, TPAs, counsel, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process claim information for various enterprise programs.
• Manage daily claims processing for workers’ compensation and general liability.
• Track open claims and maintain progress across multiple lines of coverage.
• Support incident reporting processes and develop guidelines with the Risk & Claims Manager.
