Job summary

Crum & Forster's Accident & Health division is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Claims team and proactively manage a portfolio of claim clients including Third Party Administrators and Managing General Underwriters.

You will collaborate with Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, and IT, oversee audits and reporting, and drive process improvements across the client lifecycle to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating audits and managing client relationships.
• Ability to oversee cross-functional program management and onboarding of new clients.
• Strong risk management and reporting skills with regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as Audit Coordinator and oversee annual audits.
• Oversee Program Management Team functions and client onboarding.
• Build long-term customer relationships through prompt service.
• Assist due diligence of new program administration partners.
• Monitor claims activity and identify outliers for policy compliance.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and trend analyses for Senior Management.
• Coordinate responses to attorney correspondences and legal inquiries.
