Job summary

Great West, an Old Republic Company, is seeking a dedicated Claims Processor to join our claims team in Nebraska. You will take first reports of accidents, start investigations, determine coverage, and route cases to an adjuster, while delivering exceptional service to insureds.

Training is provided, with a hybrid work arrangement after onboarding. The role emphasizes attention to detail, dependability, and strong communication to support our promise of reliable, customer-focused insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six years of experience in an office environment and/or customer service role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Track record of dependability and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Take the first reports of accidents and initiate the claims investigation process.
• Obtain information about losses, determine if coverage exists, and assign cases to an adjuster.
• Provide exceptional customer service to insureds.

Hybrid Schedule Openings:

Wednesday 9am – 6:30pm, Thursday - Saturday 9am-7pm

Be part of a team where every day you make a difference! We are looking for a new Claims Processor who will provide exceptional customer service.

As a Claims Processor, you will take the first reports of accidents and initiate the claims investigation process. This position is the front line of our claims department and is crucial in setting the tone for fulfilling our promise of providing exceptional service to our insureds. You will use your independent judgment and communication skills to obtain information about losses, determine if coverage exists, and assign cases to an adjuster. We provide you a personalized training program, a secure, friendly, and challenging work environment, plus excellent wages.

This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule after training. Training schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm, length to be determined by the manager.

Hybrid Schedule Openings:

Wednesday 9am – 6:30pm, Thursday - Saturday 9am-7pm

Wednesday - Friday 7am-5pm, Saturday 7am-4:30pm

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six years of experience in an office environment and/or customer service role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Track record of dependability and sound decision-making.
