Job summary

Great West, an Old Republic Company, seeks a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster who enjoys solving problems and guiding injured workers through the claims process. You will join a team that values autonomy, collaboration, and excellent service while maintaining balance and growth.

The hybrid work model supports three days in the office and two days remote, with potential for fully remote work based on experience.

• Experience in workers compensation claims or a related insurance, claims, or risk management role is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and proactively manage workers compensation claims from start to finish.
• Negotiate settlements and drive claims toward successful resolution.
• Build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, medical providers, and attorneys.
• Make thoughtful, timely decisions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

LOCATION:

A hybrid work schedule based out of the South Sioux City, NE office OR Boise, ID office (three days a week in office and two days remote).
