Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take the first reports of accidents and initiate the claims investigation process.
• Serve as the front line of the claims department to provide exceptional service.
• Use independent judgment and communication skills to obtain loss information, determine coverage, and assign cases to an adjuster.
