Job summary

Great West, an Old Republic Company, is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner who thrives on solving problems and delivering exceptional service. This role offers a hybrid schedule with a Boise-based team and relocation support for the right candidate.

You’ll investigate and manage workers’ comp claims from start to finish, negotiate settlements, and build strong relationships with injured workers, employers, providers, and attorneys while advancing your insurance expertise.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in workers' compensation claims or related insurance, claims, or risk management.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Critical thinking and the confidence to make sound, independent decisions.
• Effective negotiation skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and expand your insurance industry expertise.

Responsibilities
