You will act as SME for claims processing, partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring, coordinate onboarding, training, and performance management, and drive continuous improvement with Internal Audit. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a claims examiner or adjudication on a healthcare claims system.
• 1+ years direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven judgment, decision-making skills and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Claims Examiners; SME and primary contact for questions.
• Oversee hiring with Talent Acquisition; onboard new hires and coordinate training.
• Review and prioritize claims; manage backlog to meet deadlines.
• Review metrics with Internal Audit; identify areas for improvement.
• Coach staff; conduct 1:1s and performance appraisals; recognize performance.
