Responsibilities

• Assist adjusters in processing and troubleshooting claims.
• Complete vendor setup, check processing and other payment-related tasks.
• Generate reports for internal and external distribution.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and verify claim information.
• Draft and submit confidential correspondence and forms.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Other duties as assigned.
