Qualifications

• This role requires a JD and active State Bar license.
• Extensive experience in managing outside counsel and defense litigation.
• Strong data analytics and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outside counsel engagement, onboarding and performance evaluation.
• Negotiate hourly and alternative fee arrangements with law firms.
• Develop analytics to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Establish scorecards and review processes for top panel firms.
• Collaborate with claim partners to align litigation strategy with business goals.
