You will handle a caseload of roughly 150 files, requiring strong organization, meticulous diary reviews, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Two years of experience handling commercial liability claims including mass transit, auto, and general liability.
• Experience investigating, settling, and handling automobile property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims.
• Adherence to Medicare/Medicaid/MCHIP Act requirements (Section 111).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 150+ claim files with multiple claimants.
• Evaluate reserves for property damage and bodily injury claims (exposures typically $25,000+).
• Investigate claims, issue timely reports, perform diary reviews, manage litigation, and maintain organization.
