Davies Claims North America is looking for an experienced Claims Representative II to handle managing, investigating, and resolving of serious claims involving minor property damage and complex bodily injury claims filed against the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA). Reporting to the MTA Claims Supervisor and/or other designated officials, you will manage a caseload of approximately 150 individual case files, some with multiple claimants, arising from MTA operations.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high‑level attention to detail, display superb problem‑solving skills, and exhibit discretion with sensitive and confidential information. You must have a high school diploma or possess a high school equivalency certificate, and must have at least two years of experience investigating, settling, and handling automobile property damage, bodily injury, and general liability claims. Additionally, you must demonstrate an exceptional capability to multi‑task and prioritize with excellent organization and documentation skills in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
This role is a full‑time position at the Maryland Transit Administration office based in Baltimore, MD.
