Finezi Inc. in Oakland, CA is seeking an experienced claims investigator to handle property damage cases for third parties. You will investigate, negotiate, and settle claims, report potential litigation, and coordinate with contractors and insurers.

The role requires strong interviewing, data analysis, and presentation skills, plus the ability to work with multiple levels of management and unions. A valid driver’s license and CICI certification are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years in claims investigations.
• 4 years in claims investigation or related area.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Certified Insurance Claims Investigator (CICI)
• Experience with bodily injury, property damage, and insurance claims and litigation.
• Utility industry experience
• Knowledge of casualty claims adjustment
• Knowledge of claims management, investigations, settlements
• Knowledge of tort and contract law
• Knowledge of medical terminology
