Responsibilities

Structured onboarding to Travelers systems and protocols.
Exposure to Personal and Business Insurance claims of basic to moderate complexity.
Learn and understand strategies for investigating, negotiating and resolving claims thoroughly.
Develop knowledge of damages estimation, coverages, and customer communication.
Observe Claim Professionals via desk work and ride-alongs with experienced staff.
Work with a mentor to develop claims knowledge through core assignments.
Build strong customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Complete challenging project work.
Perform other duties as assigned.
