APCO Holdings, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team. You will be the voice of APCO, helping customers, dealers, agents, and repair facilities with information and support in a quick, professional manner.

You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, answer questions about coverage, contracts, and claims, and document interactions accurately in our systems to ensure a positive experience for our partners.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience, call center preferred.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and maintain documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
