ClaimSorted in Dallas, TX is seeking an Auto Claims Handler with 5+ years of auto bodily injury claims experience to join our high-growth team. You will handle claims from first notice of loss through settlement, communicate with policyholders, review documentation, verify coverage, assess liability, and set reserves within your authority.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to settlement.
• Communicate with policyholders throughout the claims journey, ensuring a clear and positive experience.
• Review documentation, verify coverage, and assess liability accurately.
• Set appropriate reserves and manage claims within your authority.
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalates appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and thorough claims records for audit and compliance.

What you’ll do

• Handle claims end to end: from first notification of loss through to settlement
