Job summary

Questpro is seeking a Claims Adjuster in the Dallas area to join a fast-growing startup-backed team. You will handle end-to-end auto claims, from first notice of loss through settlement, while maintaining strong communication with policyholders and ensuring a positive claims experience.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of auto claims experience, including bodily injury and property damage, and is highly organized with data-driven decision making. startup/high-growth exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bodily injury & property damage claims experience.
• Based in Dallas, TX.
• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims end to end from first notification to settlement.
• Communicate with policyholders for a clear and positive experience.
• Review documentation, verify coverage, and assess liability.
• Set reserves and manage claims within your authority.
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate appropriately.
• Maintain accurate claims records for audit and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements by flagging inefficiencies.

This Role Is Ideal For

Main Responsibilities

• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalation appropriately

• Contribute to continuous improvement by flagging process inefficiencies

The ideal candidate

• Based in Dallas, TX
• 6+ months of auto claims experience (personal or commercial lines)
• Has bodily injury & property damage experience
• Strong organization and ability to prioritize independently
• Comfortable using data to make decisions
• Team-oriented, hardworking, and ambitious
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others is a plus
• Startup or high-growth experience is a plus
