Job summary

HireReady Partners in Michigan is seeking a Claims Manager / Estimator to write accurate property repair estimates using Xactimate after on-site inspections for water, fire, hail, and other disaster-related claims.

You will manage TPA losses, coordinate with carriers and TPAs, and lead kick-off meetings to ensure smooth handoffs. The role includes on-site work with occasional 24-hour on-call rotation and emergency response duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a valid driver’s license.
• Xactimate experience required; Level 1/2 certs preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance carrier requirements and TPA guidelines.
• IICRC restoration certifications are a plus.
• Strong written communication and empathetic customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites to create repair estimates with Xactimate.
• Review peer estimates and process supplement approvals.
• Lead project handoffs and secure signed paperwork.
• Explain estimates to insurance adjusters and TPAs.
• Handle emergency requests during business hours and coordinate response teams.
• Log updates in DASH, Xactanalysis, and TPA databases.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation every 12–14 weeks.
