Job summary

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) desired.

Responsibilities

• Onboard to Travelers systems and processes.
• Assist with basic to moderate personal and business claims tasks.
• Learn investigation, negotiation and resolution strategies for claims.
• Develop communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Support mentors and complete project work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
