ServiceMaster Restore of Greater Houston is seeking a Claims Coordinator to become a core member of our inaugural team. This office-based role keeps every job moving by ensuring accurate documentation, insurance records, and timely communication from first notice of loss through final invoice.

Reporting to the Owner & President, you will coordinate files with field teams, estimators, customers, carriers and TPAs, maintain audit-ready files, and support billing and claim resolution in a

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple active claims.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with office and field teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each job file is accurately documented and compliant with company standards, insurance carrier requirements, and TPA guidelines.
• Coordinate documentation between field teams, estimators, customers, insurance carriers, and TPAs to minimize delays.
• Support estimating activities and ensure timely submission of all required information.
• Maintain complete, audit-ready job files to support timely billing and claim resolution.
