Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator in Willowick, OH to manage customer communications, coordinate field schedules, and ensure timely completion of restoration projects.

You will act as the primary contact for homeowners and insurers, keeping all parties updated throughout the claims process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a Claims Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Restoration Division. You'll manage claims from start to finish, keeping customers, field teams, and insurance providers in sync. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things organized, this role is for you!

What You'll Do
