ServiceMaster CDR is seeking a Claims Coordinator to act as the heartbeat of our Restoration Division. You will manage claims from start to finish, keeping customers, field teams, and insurance providers in sync.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and support.
• Coordinate field personnel schedules for efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance tasks and job deadlines are met.
• Upload and organize job-related photos and documents in real-time.
• Gather missing homeowner and insurance information as needed.
• Assist customers with job related questions.
• Handle customer concerns, document resolutions, and elevate as necessary.
