Smartbox is seeking a Claims Coordinator to support funding our AAC devices, coordinating with insurers and clients, and ensuring accurate claim processing. You will learn about our devices and services while contributing to client independence.

The role involves liaising with insurance and non-insurance funding sources, filing claims, and tracking status with clear communication. After six months of training, a hybrid work arrangement is available and you will join an expanding team with strong

• Work hours are 8:00 - 4:30 M-F for training, flexible scheduling after training!
