Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Claims Coordinator in Plano, TX to support the end-to-end claims process and maintain accurate records. You will communicate with customers, claimants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and adherence to policies.

The role emphasizes administrative coordination, data accuracy, and proactive service to enhance customer experience. This is a 12-month, full-time contract with standard 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, insurance or healthcare administration.
• 2–4 years in claims processing, claims support, customer service, operations or admin coordination.
• Experience with claim management systems or enterprise CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the end-to-end claims process in line with policies.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers, claimants, vendors and internal teams.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy; follow up as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of claim activities and resolutions.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues to stakeholders as required.
• Generate reports on claim volumes, trends, and processing metrics.
• Support claims representatives by coordinating appointments and admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, SLAs and company standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve claim handling efficiency and customer experience.
• Promote positive customer relationships with timely, professional service.
