Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to respond to new claim assignments promptly and empathetically.
• Coordinate inspections by assigning inspectors and estimators; ensure timely, formatted estimates.
• Maintain complete customer records in the CRM and document communications and timelines.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly to minimize delays.
• Follow carrier requirements and internal policies to maintain accurate claim documentation.
