Carter LOGISTEED Express, Inc. in Anderson, IN is seeking a Claims and Compliance Coordinator to oversee claims management, safety investigations, and compliance reporting.

You will report to the VP of Risk Management and contribute to OSHA, CTPAT, and insurance processes while ensuring timely corrective actions. The role requires a high school diploma, prior claims handling experience preferred, and a solid team-oriented work history.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior claims handling experience preferred.
• Solid work history and ability to function in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete auto accident investigations and internal reporting.
• Complete auto claim reporting to insurer’s third-party administrator.
• Assist with cargo claim investigations and communications.
• Manage workers' compensation claims investigations and reporting.
• Complete safety incident root cause analysis and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Manage accident subrogation efforts and ensure timely retrieval of funds.
• Review and continually update standard operating procedures in the safety and compliance departments.
• Serve as back up to safety personnel for all safety related tasks.
• Assist with CTPAT quarterly audits and recertifications.
• Advise corporate management on new and existing compliance risks.
• Maintain OSHA accident reporting compliance and OSHA log compliance.
• Assist with Parent Company safety and compliance reporting.
