Responsibilities

• Maintain working knowledge of transportation systems after training.
• Initiate contact with carriers and customers.
• Facilitate communication between carriers and customers.
• Organize and track freight on an appropriate schedule.
• Provide hands-on support during peak times and absences.
• Work with peers to develop best practices across field offices.
• Adapt to changing processes toward standardization.
