Qualifications

• Relevant degree or 3–5 years industry experience.
• College degree in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology or industrial engineering preferred.
• Proven leadership in a high-volume material handling setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day cross-dock operation.
• Train on safety procedures, operational processes, and customer requirements.
• Serve as liaison between cross-dock and customers.
• Develop Team Leaders and staff.
• Lead and implement Kaizen activities.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and processes.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and productive work environment.
• Foster operational improvements and manage performance metrics.
• Work Monday - Friday; weekend requirements with advanced notice.
