You will assist with claims operations, maintain electronic records, help with benefit payments, and ensure exceptional service to our customers. A strong eye for detail and reliable teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preferred: experience in workers' compensation, healthcare, insurance, or related medical environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
• Experience working with electronic document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
• Scan, index, and maintain electronic claim files
• Process incoming documents and correspondence
