JOB SUMMARY:

The Claims Business System Analyst will serve as the system owner and subject matter expert (SME) for Snapsheet. This role will work closely with the Lead Project Manager, Claims leadership, IT, and external vendors to ensure optimal performance, configuration, and utilization of the platform. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who understands both business operations and system capabilities, with a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Must perform the essential functions of the position, which includes but is not limited to:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Own the vision, roadmap, and ongoing optimization of the Snapsheet platform as it relates to the claims process.

· Act as the primary point of contact and system expert for Snapsheet across the organization.

· Partner with the Lead Project Manager to plan and execute enhancements, integrations, and new feature rollouts.

· Define product requirements based on input from Claims stakeholders, compliance, and operations teams.

· Lead configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation of system changes.

· Monitor system performance, identify issues, and proactively drive resolutions.

· Maintain thorough documentation of system processes, configurations, and updates.

· Deliver training and support to end users to drive adoption and ensure proper system usage.

· Analyze system data to inform product decisions, improve workflows, and measure outcomes.

· Collaborate with IT and vendor support teams on bug resolution, releases, and service requests.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· 3+ years of experience in product management, business systems analysis, or related roles in the insurance industry, preferably in claims.

· Proven experience managing or administering the Snapsheet platform.

· Strong understanding of auto claims operations, regulatory requirements, and workflow design.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

· Ability to independently drive initiatives from concept through execution.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile or hybrid environments.

· Familiarity with API integrations and system data mapping.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

· This is an exempt position which complies with alternative work schedule when applicable;

· This work environment is fast-paced and accuracy is essential to successful task completion;

· Requires extended periods of computer use and sitting.

· The office is that of a highly technical company supporting a paperless environment;

· Travel may be required;

· Vision abilities to work at close range and with small print;
