A leading company seeks a Business Systems Analyst to review and evaluate business systems, document requirements, and perform testing. The role requires a bachelor's degree and significant experience, offering a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits focused on well-being.

SUMMARY
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Detect, and report system errors and discrepancies, analyze and develop specifications for the correction of errors. Assist in maintaining interfaces between commercial system vendors. Performs functionality and system testing to simulate end user experience. Perform exploratory testing and analysis for quality assurance before an application is released, to determine if the programming fulfills the requirements listed in the specifications of the new product. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. Is familiar with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the insurance field. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to Business Systems Manager.

Pay Range
$70,000 - $75,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
