NTT DATA's client is seeking a Claims Business Analyst to join the team in McKinney, Texas, supporting a claims transformation initiative. You will document current-state processes, assist with future-state design, and coordinate configuration activities with the selected claims platform vendor.

Microsessions include facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, tracking decisions and issues, and supporting user acceptance testing and business readiness efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in insurance claims operations.
• Experience documenting business processes and requirements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting system implementations is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $55 to $62/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits including participation in medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, and AD&D insurance, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
