Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, seeks a Claims Assistant to join our team. You will provide administrative support to claims units and handle routine document tracking, and internal/external communications.

A typical day includes reviewing new claims for accuracy, preparing reports, meeting productivity targets, and handling routine communications, with opportunities to learn the claims process and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual preferred.
• General computer proficiency.
• Proficiency with MS Office products.
