Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, is seeking a Claims Assistant to join our claims team in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The role provides administrative support and handles routine document tracking and communication to keep claims moving.

You will review new claims for accuracy, prepare reports, meet productivity targets, and assist with routine communications. A high school diploma and proficiency with MS Office are required, with bilingual ability preferred.

Summary

Provides administrative support to claims unit(s) and handles routine document tracking, internal/external customer/vendor communication and other basic claims functions.
