Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience preparing reports, claim documentation, and written correspondence.
• 2+ years of experience administering workers' compensation, general liability, unemployment, property, auto liability, or related insurance claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned claims across multiple lines of insurance from incident reporting through closure.
• Coordinate all aspects of the claim lifecycle; notify carriers and serve as primary contact.
• Assist injured employees through the claims process including return-to-work coordination.
• Investigate, collect evidence, and maintain complete, compliant claim records.
