Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years or more claim clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Claims Administration personnel, assign duties, and ensure work accuracy and policy compliance.
• Oversee workflow and train clerical staff; standardize procedures to improve efficiency.
• Manage claim setup, routing, reserves, and adjuster codes within deadlines; support adjusters.
• Process automated and manual drafts, stop payments, and transmittals; forward checks to Accounting.
• Maintain Tax IDs and addresses for vendors, body shops, medical facilities, and attorneys; issue 1099 forms.
• Answer incoming claims calls and assist staff, agents, adjusters, and insureds with inquiries.
• Compile data and complete special projects as assigned.
