AgriSompo North America, Inc. is seeking an Area Claims Supervisor to lead MPCI, Private, and Named Peril claims in a remote North Dakota setting. You will oversee a claims team, drive training, and streamline processes while serving as the local claims expert for adjusting issues and service excellence.

The role emphasizes relationship building with leadership, productivity monitoring, and timely, accurate reporting to regional management. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of crop insurance claim experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Required: CAPP certification and valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with Regional Leadership and partners.
• Provide claims updates, analysis, and reporting to support decisions.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, and claims metrics.
• Coach and support adjusters; oversee staffing and development.
• Manage hiring, training, performance management, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
