Job summary

Saint Joseph’s Center is seeking a Program Specialist – CLA to oversee residential sites and support staff within the Community Living Arrangement program. You will develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs) to help individuals achieve personal goals and live as independently as possible.

You will lead staff meetings, coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with program policies, and collaborate with families and outside providers to support community-based activities and

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 60 college credits with 4+ years’ experience working with individuals with disabilities, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid PA Driver’s License and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residential staff, including training and performance oversight
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
• Attend ISP meetings and ensure assessments, outcomes, and documentation are completed on time
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure quality care across all assigned homes
• Coordinate staff schedules, review time records, and assist with hiring
• Lead staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing development
