Job summary

Mentor Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Springfield, IL, to oversee ISP implementation and staff oversight while providing direct support to individuals served.

You will supervise caregivers, assist with daily activities, meals, medications, and personal care, blending hands-on service with program leadership. Full/part-time options with good benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of ISP and participate in staffing, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Support individuals with daily activities including meals, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by outings or transportation to activities.
