Job summary

Inizio Engage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim, seeks a field-based Cardio Renal Education Representative to deliver CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary care, focused on CKD awareness, testing, and CV risk management.

The CRE Representative will use approved materials, build trusted relationships, and support clinicians with education rather than promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, or related field.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to educate diverse healthcare audiences.
• Continuous learner with commitment to professional development and healthcare trends.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through education and care.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Proficiency with digital tools and virtual engagement platforms.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities in primary care and relevant specialty settings.
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs increasing CKD risk awareness, screening guidelines, and testing practices.
• Conduct all activities in compliance with policies, training requirements, and approved materials.
• Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams.
