Inizio Engage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim, is seeking a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver approved CKD education to healthcare professionals and office staff involved in chronic kidney disease care. This non-promotional role uses approved materials in compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or population health is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to educate diverse healthcare audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities in primary care and relevant specialty settings.
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs that increase awareness of CKD risk, screening guidelines, and appropriate testing practices.
• Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable policies, training requirements, and approved educational materials.
• Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams.
