Job summary

Inizio Engage, in partnership with Boehringer Ingelheim, is seeking a field-based Cardio Renal Education (CRE) Representative to deliver CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff in primary care. This non-promotional role uses approved materials to support CKD awareness, testing and CV risk reduction.

You will travel as needed (up to 20%), build trusted relationships with physicians, APPs, nurses and staff, and deliver live and virtual programs with clear, engaging

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, population health, or related field.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse healthcare audiences.
• Commitment to professional development and staying current on healthcare trends.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, APPs, nurses, and office staff.
• Proficiency with digital tools and virtual engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approved CKD disease state education to healthcare professionals and office staff with patient responsibilities in primary care and relevant specialty settings.
• Facilitate live and virtual educational programs that increase awareness of CKD risk, screening guidelines, and appropriate testing practices.
• Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable policies, training requirements, and approved educational materials.
• Build collaborative relationships with relevant teams.
